What is Your Shipping Policy?

At Future Movement we value a smooth and transparent shipping process which is crucial to your shopping experience. Read on to discover how we're dedicated to delivering your favorite products to your doorstep with the utmost care and efficiency.


What Regions do you ship to? 

We mainly ship our products to Australia and New Zealand. However, we may allow shipping to other nearby regions such as Papua New Guinea, other parts of South East Asia. Please take note that shipping rates may vary according to regions and this may include other charges and fees such as Customs fees/Duty fees and taxes. 


Can I Track my Order?

Absolutely! We send out your shipping details and tracking number automatically to your email once your orders have been fulfilled. 


What is your Shipping Policy for New Zealand? 

For our New Zealand customers, your orders are exempt from the Goods and Services Tax once you provide us with the address. However, please take note that the customer will be responsible for paying for the duty fees in NZ. Any order value over 1000 NZ will be charged 15% GST once it arrives in NZ. 

Important Note: We do not ship e-foils or batteries to New Zealand
